OK I need advice on what to buy and where and why?

Hi guys, well I am not a real estate agent and I intend on buying 2 properties. One property which is ready to move in so I can rent it out. Obviously it has to be some place good not the international city because I have heard ppl complaining about the smell there but then again if its a good deal I will consider it. My budget is not a problem but anything below 2 million and it should be a good deal and it should be ready.

2nd I need another good deal i.e something that is at a good price i will pay the 10% and hopefully sell it off after 3 months i.e before the next payment is due. Many ppl are doing this and I dont see why I shouldnt. But again this should be a project which is about to be launched or will be pre-launched. I dont want some dodgy developers, I want the escrow service as I have already lost quiet considerate amount of money to a saudi who ran off somewhere with lots of money.

So real estate agents/oweners/brokers contact me on 0508672595 as I am serious. I need 2 properties. Why don't you invest one in IMPZ and one in Dubailand, and get 2 cars as a free gifts during the DSF 2008 + entries into the raffle on the private jet and the Caribbean Island?

hmmmm sounds good by the way whats IMPZ sorry not to up to date with these terms and is there a number where I can get more information? Who is the developer? is it demaac, emaar or someone else? would they be offering escrow services??

sorry guys you can change the 2 million into 1 million I have just bought a villa in Abu Dhabi in the Hydra Project. But am still looking for something for 1 million. It can be anything from a villa to an appartment to a commerical space in the business bay. It should be ready to move into and should be able to be rented out. If its not ready then I can wait but it should be ready by the end of 2008 sorry cant wait till 2009 or 2010.

IMPZ is the International Media Production Zone, Freezone, and an extension of Dubai Media City, located near Dubailand and the new airport.
I work for DAMAC, and "The Crescent" in IMPZ is due to complete in May 2008. I have a selection of Studios for your budget [under 1M]. We're also giving a FREE car [BMW 1 series] if you book an apartment before the end of the DSF 2008.
