Does anyone have experience with forming an investment LLC?

I want to form an LLC with a partner and some investors form the united states. The Idea is that the guys with the money in the states want to get into investments in dubai but find it impractical to do the legwork to get into the market here. I was wondering if anyone has formed a real estate trust or LLC here and can give me some guidance. PM me if you think you can help. PS, I am not looking to buy at this time, advice only please : )

maximusprime, you have a great option of investing in Dubai with a foreign partner. You must be aware, that real estate and investment is the roaring business in Dubai.For LLC check out with estate agents near your vicinity, also you can check online for the terms and conditions you and your partner are looking for.

I have experience in this and have set up something similar myself already for Dubai investments.

Maximusprime, you will need 2 local partners for establishing Real Estate LLC in Dubai. For other types of companies the requirement is to have only one local partner. These locals partners can be only on paper and are paid yearly fee for these services. You need to put a bank guarnatess of 300,000 dirhams while applying for LLC which can be refunded as soon as you get LLC licence. This LLC licence will allow you to do real estate Brokerage.

All this work is done using PRO (Public Relation Officer) paid services, who gets all paper work done for client.
