Default Dubai - Property Investment?

Hey Guys,
I will be starting a contract in KSA at the end of March. Contemplating an apartment in Dubai for weekend R&R (will have a multiple entry/exit visa.) Any opinions on property in Dubai as an investment? New build such as 'the palm'?

Cheers

Default Dubai - Property Investment?

Hello Nicholas,
Well all the property on the first palm (palm jumeirah) was bought and is now being re-sold, of course at a higher price. The second palm (palm jebel ali) hasn?t gone up for sale yet, and also the third island (the world) is only in its starting stages. If you are looking to get something now, then you should have a look at the property that has been built from companies like EMAAR and DAMAC. You can find more information about free-hold property in the link in my signature. Hope this helped.

It is now the golden period of the Middle Eastern region. Prices and Investor returns (ROI) are both excellent and both consumer and developer confidence is reflected in the stunning array of high-low price apartments from Sharjah (an Emirate to the East of Dubai) and Jebel Ali (port).,,
