How about a thread dedicated to Real estate articles and happenings in Dubai. Also add motivational articles which would encourage people like us to take that extra step towards financial freedom

Copy & pasting I understand is not allowed which brings us to the conclusion that only links - OR -pasting articles where the writer's name is added so that we acknowledge the efforts they have taken and does not land us into any copyright problems.

Officila site for Tamweel. Tamweel deal in Islamic finance which is available to all nationalities and religon.

Just in case anyone who does not know what Islamic finance is all about. Islamic finance follows the Sharia law which forbids charging interest during construction period.

Most of the conventional banks charge monthly interest which could be steep depending on the sum borrowed. Islamic finance works well as they do not charge interest during the construction period. But, watch out the accrued interest will have to be paid before taking possession.

Amalk, Dubai Islamic bank also are Islamic finance companies.
