sorry for the late reply. It is the new Emaar launch at downtown.

It is expensive though - between 2800 and 3600 psqft!

Jennie,

Emaar is a good developer. Worth looking at. Prices are generally up in UAE.

Regards,

Alex.

Ouch, do you think it's worth all that money. Would be interesting to know what people think.

Regards

Roshan

It sold out in 30 minutes. People queuing since Friday at 1700. 200 lots gone. Started at 3600 psqft and ended up at 4800 psqft 30 minutes later. After 20 minutes Emaar hiked the price by 20%!!
I own in Reehan V, Old Town, so pleased to see the psqft price rising. We bought at 1495 on a garden flat. Goodness knows what it will be when the Burj is finished...they reckon 2010 now. anything is possible 6000/sqft for Old Town Reehan 5 and at least 14000 for the Burj Dubai!!

Do you think people will go crazy in the same way with BusinessBay when they realize whats going on there? It will be better than the Burj Dubai/Old Town area...
