I've just returned from Schone Properties pre-lunch of their building called Signet. It mixed use building with wide range of units, and the starting price is wooping 2500dhs/psqf...

I really don'y know what to think. A property beside sheikh Zayed road - in Down Town Jebel Ali, Zone 3 with that price....hmmm

Any comments?

Off course they are saying that premium on 6 months is expected 10-15%, but...

I believe it is too much to pay to have a highway view . i DONT THINK U CAN SEE THE SEA FROM THERE SO WHY SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR A PLACE THAT WILL REALLY ONLY BE READY AND COMPLETE BY 1015. I personally finf it extremely overpriced, for its location

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing!

No wonder that people say that Dubai prices are overheating, with developments like that boosting to a 2500dhs/sqft off plan!!!!

It's all looking like a scam for me - for oversea investors who never visited dubai. Quick money, in large quantities....and then bubble burst.

I'll stick to Marina and JLT for now.

i wish agents and brokers who post on this thread post to us the roumers they hear about prelaunches and new launches , it is all hush hush until it is too late . what is the point of this thread if we get things at 20 and 30 % premium ?

I agree with you there is no point of this thread if we find out about launch after it happened i am following this thread for last 3 weeks there is no info about any worthwhile post, just waste of time
