I have contacted Emmar thousand of times when i heard about their launch
not one person answered me
then i called by phone and i was referred to another than another than another person
who told me that unless i was there with my check book and passport
it cant be done
how do u expect me to fly for the launch , then carry a check book in a different currency , what good wud that do , I told the man to show him my good intention that they cud debit my card and then i will wire transfer the money , he said he will check and never came back .
it seems these launches are made only for people who live in Dubai , they buy it cheap and within the same day offer it at 600 dirhams higher , which i his is gambling , starting to sound like trading the market , stock and currencies, where even in the stock exchange the Americans have before hours trading and after hours trading where none Americans cant do that either .
if every one is a speculator in this market , then who is buying to stay in these apartments , all are in for a fast hit and run , and that stinks. It has all the singes of a bubble that is ready to burst .
on the other hand , yes , Do put me on ur mailing list or pm me at least 2 weeks in advance so i can arrange to fly to dubai for a launch .

Dont know how to put this in a nice way , but it feels that cityscape is like a casino and not a property show place where as Mr. Roshan put it people were throwing check without knowing what they are buying where or any. they walk out , post this same property while they have paid 5 to 10 % with thier checks , and ask for 10 to 15 % on the total value of the apartment which mounts up to about 90% profit 0r 80% on thier 10% payment ,
this is illegal , illegal , illegal and i wont participate in such abuse
what is this i have no words but high way robbery , this is not smartness no , not at all
this is hit and run and people who do this should be prosecuted for it for they inflate the prices on no basis , no basis at all

Bavadi Villa, behind Arabian Ranches....you will not find it on the Emaar site
Approx 4 M for villa...but not sure.
The launch will be on 20 (Tue) this week

Where do you live?
Of course, Emaar is interesting in investors who buy often and a lot. But for people who buy individual units and carry checks in different carrency - they dont have lots of time, they have thousands people who interested and they live here. For your case (I saw a lot of times you asked for information of launches here, on this site) you just need to find somebody who is interesting in you, it will be me if you want..
