How easy to sell in dubai

I want to buy an apartment in Dubai and want to know how easy it is to sell an apartment. I have heard that the property market is going up but its very difficult to sell your property. Also can some one tell me where to invest so that i can put the property on rent and is easily sellable when i want to

Budget is around 800000 AED

If you invest right, it's always easy to resell and make money.

resell can always be relatively easy, but it depends on the returns you're trying to achieve, and on the appreciation of the project you invested in.

Unit Price at Time of sale - Unit Price at time of investment = Your maximum profit.

It will be very hard to achieve the maximum profit, but anything below that would be possible. The lower you get your expectations, the easier it is to resell.

Note: That's why you should never go for the "cheapest" options when you're looking to invest. Cheapest will always be cheapest!

In my openion, If you r looking to buy and flip quickly , its difficult with present recent price increase.Still buyers are trying to digest such increase since its very recent,But in the answer of your previous question on whether it is easy to sell properties in UAE. YES it is easy provided you are not looking for very high profit margin.
In my openion,it does not make much diffferece whether the property is cheap or cheaper or cheapest, It should be at a fairly competitive rate.Better the cheaper or rather, it should be cheap and best.
