They told me last time that they have 4 Units left and therefore increased the prices...

Well thats good news, though I doubt it would really sell at those prices. That is about 1600-1700dhs per sq ft which would be good news. I would like to see what the resale value is though, as I don;'t think you will get that much. Maybe once it is completed, though. Hopefully. What do you guys think?
