Arrow How Much for a Studio flat in DIFC?
How much would someone have to pay for a studio flat of approx 450Sqft in DIFC area these days? And most importantly what would the rent be if you decide to furnish it and rent it out? Some are saying that Studios in DIFC now go for over 1.3million?! True?! Is it worth the price?

Current rates are Dhs 3500 psf.

Thank you Roshan for your reply... aren't those the rates for commercial rather than residential in the DIFC area?

You are absolutely right. The residentials would be lesser than that. Probably around Dhs 3,000 psf.
