I was currently doing research on Emaar, as I was told this is one of the stronger development companies in Dubai, and it looks to be that way.

Where does your interest lie, in commercial or residential real estate ??.

How much do you have to invest.

Maritime city & Dubai waterfront are hot and expensive. I learnt from my mistakes that waterfront properties do well. Need not really be sea facing but anything close to the water holds it's appeal.

Nobody is good until they deliver. I can give you a few names if you let me know your interests.
