Standard Transfer procedure

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are doing fine!
I was a bit confuse regarding the transfer procedures being practiced as it varies project to project.
Isn't there a standard transfer procedure? with the standard charges figures for the land dept, building owner, developers etc?
