Mate, there is no need to post several threads on the same topic.

Also, you cannot buy in bulks, I think in Badrah, they dedicated one unit per person and only a few were allowed to buy more than one unit.

Be prepared to pay a premium of about 5-10% on resales since the first phase was sold out.

Try to diversify your investments. Dont put all your eggs in one basket. I am from the UK also, and I work in this field. I am a Real Estate Consultant.
