Default new urban communities in undeveloped areas
There's been a trend recently in UAE to go for developments in areas which are not currently developed. Anybody's got any article on this subject or would like to share his/her thoughts?

hi guys....if anubody's got info on nakheel's waterfront, World central and new Al maktoum international airport - would also appreciate.

I personally believe areas such as downtown jebel ali etc will be very good as they are very good long terms invesment.

I'm working on an article about how projects are sprouting in areas currently not developed (e.g ghadeer & ghantoot). These developments are away from the city but still close to Khalifa Port, New Al Maktoum International Airport, Nakheel's new launch....
