I have received an e- mail from gowealthy re; new apartmenys in ms green i/city.
most units have been sold but just check out the prices!

( THIS IS A 100% GENUINE E- MAIL ) but i cannot send original ( unable to post attachments! ) I have deleted the SOLD units for buyer privacy!

I have tried to find a 1 bedroom apartment in i/city ( any cluster ) and i have checked lots of websites, and i can't even find one!
I think that the studios are underpriced at 440k and i think that 1 million dhms is not too much to ask for a 1 bedroom unit in i/city, as demand is crazy, and rentals are fantastic.
try to find a 1 bedroom , and you will see!

Yes prices are going up.
If the government is keep on demolishing residential areas in Dubai such as Satwa
I won’t be surprised to see one bedroom going on for 1 million.
IC is one of a kind – average and basic but nothing else in this range.
As far as nothing is available and will not be in the near future prices will go up
