thank ypu for great replys
as you can see there are whole salers who are buying whole floors and making market untotchable
how can single unit buyer can make any profit with in reasonable time by pay 30-40% extra and by investing 120-150K upfront for min 2 years ?

the rate for badrah phase 2 is now around 15% som are selling at less and some are selling at more. depends on the buyer you have.
