Hi all,

We have a lot of conflicting dates on the expected launch. Can anyone share more reliable expected launch date?

Is worth buying in phase 3 or the prices would be two expensive?

Please share your expertise. Thank you.

I think Waterfront Area inshallah will easily touch over Dhs 3000 /sqft by the time new developments get ready there towards end of 2009. So if you manage to get anything at Dhs 2000 psf in 3rd launch , i reckon its worth taking.

I would rate Waterfront a better development than Bawadi. So to me Badrah Phase 3 is a better preposition than Asmaran

InshaAllah. Please keep me posted on the expected launch of Badrah.

Also, what do you think of Burj residences? do you think they are good choice for investment or should I wait for Badrah?

Thank you.

Frankly speaking i would go for Burj Residences ONLY if i have a ready buyer or investor willing to pump his money. Needless to say that i dont have a capacity to manage investments like Burj Residence. But yes if i had the capital i would take my chances.

Basically i suspect the smallest unit there will be around 3.5 million or more !!

you have to be out of ur mind to think waterfront is better than asmaran

badrah is a low end community with ****ty finishes. look at the master plan for god's sake. look at their press releases.

asmaran is part of bawadi, the biggest hospitality project in the world. shopping malls, theme parks, hotels, night clubs, etc.

Bawadi is meant to be a high end product, not some ****ty thing like badrah.

and the entire waterfront project is going to house 1.5 million people, asmaran is only for 50,000.

Well i respect your view, but Bawadi means nearly 5 years from now and Badrah is 2 years. And this market looks very risky beyond 2009. In view of this invest in short term and dont bank on Dubai for a long term.

see u need to stop looking at speculating. give the market a fair chance. dubai has many years of development left, but with all the speculators and flippers in the market, this is bringing the market to an abrupt end.

Let the market grow and reach its true potential, and not just over inflated prices as a result of massive speculation.

dubai has a lot in store for everyone, give it a chance to succeed.
