Most of them net to owner, some are all inclusive and some ar also direct from owner

2 Bed Room is 8-9% All in ..

1 Bed Room is Round 10-11% All in ..

And For a Studio its Round 12% ..

If u still have units then my advice is DONT SELL - wait couple of days or weeks till phase 3 launch, if my resources are correct then the sqf will be AED 2100 -- so u can easily sell at AED 2000 - 2050 or even more
