I think you paid a little bit higher premium than the current market. 12% premium is for a studio of 1 bed.
But in couple of weeks, we are expecting it to reach 15% to 16%. But anyways, it ll generate some premium for you in a month's time.

Maysan towers is a great project. Even though it has not picked up as well as one would have hoped, i see great potential.

It is actually one of the very few projects that i see have really good potential in the long run. Good quality product by an extremely good developer.

Even though people are complaining about the location, i would that the location is actually one of the strongest points about the product. If you visit Emaar Bawadi's sales centre, and see where the product is positioned, you will see that it is right opposite the proposed souq, and a stones throw away from the world's biggest hotel (asia asia)

I say go for it, nothing you can lose.

1 Beds without any view should be starting at AED 1.5 - 1.6 Million.
