I have a 1 b/r 854sqft in Remraam Phase 3 which are the best 1bedroom apts as they dont have any wastage and a very small balcony. The ones bigger than this like the 929-959 sqft are only abt 600sqft net and the rest is waste.I di a lot of research before i bought mine.

Well actually other are offering for 8% to 10%. But those are clients who can pay the next installment on Nov 5th of 5%. # of our clients are stuck and they can't pay. So they are selling well below the market price. They need to sell fast. We advised them 2% premium only because we feel it is an attractive enough price to sell swiftly.

Similarly, we have 2 clients who own studios in Discovery Gardens. One is a complete unit and other is 90% paid (almost ready). And they are selling for 1% premium only + transfer + commission.
