Will it be at the same prices as the Clarens 2 launch by Emaar a few weeks ago? Were people able to flip that property and at what premium?

Also a naive question: if you wanted to flip it at the launch itself, how do you go about finding interested parties? it's not like you can stand around holding a 'for sale' sign!

FLIP BABY FLIP its all the market every thing is fair and its also legal so why shouldnt people flip -- if they take the risk of putting in 5 or 1o% and they can sell it its no harm

Yes the only harm is the market prces go up and some one may not be able to consider

can any one recomend one of following project in jumiera viullage south.
prodigy1, jouri, reliance, i been offered studio on theses 3 projects but do not know wich one is better. can any one assist.
