I am thinking of buying a seaview studio in RAK between 60 TO £80K for a medium to long term investment.

Which location is best? La Hoya Residence or Pacific?
And who are the best agents to buy from?

i bought Pacific 2 bed this devalopment have own privat beach and you donot need agent buy direct and use there long term payment if you need
La Hoya bay i am not sure if they have beach in front

they called Select property
i hope you will like way they deal with customers
