Water home prices

Hi Does any one know the going price for a water home. I have one for sale & communication with agents is proving difficult. There also seems to be a massive difference in the price they quote me & the prices of enquiring for one. I am not just talking about small commission prices either. Often between 2 & 4 million dirham difference.
Can any one in the know please help.

Well sir the prices are depend on the view, type of the property and the completions. what kind of project it is belong to.

Palm Jebel Ali Water home ( on stilits in the sea), one of only 504 from Nakheel. 3 bed 3875 sq feet total area. Ready early 2011. Crescent A Cluster 15 view of Palm, ocean & new Water Front. Views from front part of the balcony balcony directly at the Waterfront. 30% paid.

I have now been approached by 3 agents & the price is higher than the others who replied. It is difficult to know the going price. I have tried to buy them when I am quoted low prices beforew. Whist I did not beleive that the second price was low I have been advised to market it much higher. I will give it a go. If you still want a reasonable deal on the Palm Jebel Ali, I have a friend who is about to market her Garden Villa. It will probably come out cheaper than ours.
