I am looking for 1 BR and 2 BR units in JLT for a cash buyer. Both must be ready to move in and vacant. Floor above 10. If handover expected latest by next month then also acceptable.

Do you feel there will be a lot of appreciation for finished & ready apts in JLT? Would it be a good investment?
