I was wondering if anyone knows if the Mallorca type villas in the Dubai Properties, The Villa Phase 3 development are popular?

Villas are always popular , and sells within hours of launch. Location of the villa is also good.

Thank you so much for replying ... do you think the new Phase 3 Mallorcas will sell out soon?

The reason for my asking is that we have a Mallorca in Phase 1, it backs onto the water and we are thinking of selling. We just want to get the timing right.
