Any Guesses what the premiums in Badrah Phase 1 will be by mid-November?
Trying to decide if i should make this Sept payment or sell it off before...
Any Advise Appreciated!

well its a 2-bed... So i've seen premiums for this type ranging from as low as 15% to around 23%...
With the market being slow right now, its not the easiest sell at 20+ %....
