High Rise Properties - Golden Heights in JVS

I took a commercial property from High Rise Properties and its been almost 15 months since i paid them 35% and till date they havent started any construction.

Do you have any update on what is happening. Is this a fraud developer or the project is cancelled. Please advice

well thats one of the reasons y i didnt invest in JVS. everything in on the paperworks for JVS. so am not sure whats going on with JVS. another developer said oh we will be starting end of this month and some ppl have paid 40%.

Is the case with all Jumeirah Village South properties

i have also bought in Jvs and iam really disappointed that the construction is still not started and we investers can not do anything we have to pay if not they will simply cancell our contracts and you have to start again from beginning and Rera has no time for our.we have to bear it

I have also bought one property in JVS from the same developer and know them well. They are very genuine and have a reputation in the market.

So you dont need to be worried for that side.

As per the development has not started I agree and am worried too. Not because will it ever start is because it will not complete on time as promised and then we will have to fight the competition of selling with the properties being developed that period (ontime ones)

Has anyone bought in Lawns, need to know what is the selling price going on there.
