Gamsha Bay

As agents for Gamsha Bay and other Damac projects in Cairo (as well as Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE)), I was keen to get an update on all their projects in Egypt - so I met up with Damac in the City yesterday.

They confirmed that Gamsha Bay was not yet ready for launch. So I am unable to give prices - or say exactly when they will launch the first phase.

In many respects, I am happy for the delay as to launch without proper and complete due diligence would help no one.

By registering here, investors will get first refusal on the choice units and get in on the initial deal offer. These initial deals, often accompanied with special launch evening events can be the best way to buy Damac property.

Obviously there is no commitment once you register, but doing so will mean you get the relevant launch details and first choice.

as far as I can see also Park Avenue (on the Cairo-Alex road) is not ready for launch at all! There is only a big hole for months now!
Maybe they are doing the other projects???

their office next to the "big hole" is been removed. (on the Cairo-Alex road, project is Park Avenue)
Probably Damac is canceling this project.
