Egypt Real have signed a new agreement as Master Agents for Seaview Beach in the Al Ahyaa district close to Hurghada.

Seaview Beach consists of just 40 studios and one bedroom apartments adjacent to the Regency Beach site and with direct access to the Public Beach.

The project has full Due Diligence and the building licence is in place.

Finishing will be under the supervision of Egypt Real's Project Director and will be to the very best of European standards. Bathrooms will be equipped with a walk in wet room and internal design will make the best use of the space available.

On the roof will be a 'Japanese' Garden with hot tub and BBQ facilities. Most units will have sea views and are less than 100 metres to the Beach.
