Situated only ten minutes from the airport, this development is in a beautiful location, surrounded by natural views of the mountains and sea. The development features 12 buildings, made up of studios and one bedroom apartments (2 or 3 bedroom apartments can be made up). One bedroom - 55, 60, 65, 70 m2 - prices from 264,000 EGP

Two bedroom and three bedroom apartments can be made up on request.

Payment Terms
Only 30 % deposit and rest for 3 years-interest free credit.
£1000 reservation fee (non refundable) is required to reserve the apartment of your choice. You will receive contracts within 10 working days, simply return the contract duly signed, then 30 % is payable at this time.
You then have two options. You can pay the whole amount at this time and enjoy 5% discount on the total cost price or pay 12 quarterly payments, interest free.

Maintenance
Maintenance consists of the following:
Landscaping in and around the property.
Security.
Housekeeping twice weekly, linen and towels provided.
Instant call out and repairs for any emergencies.
External painting, every 5 years.
Please note, a separate small charge for water and electricity is payable locally.
Maintenance costs are as follows:-
Studios are £25 monthly.
1 bed apartments are £32 monthly.
Others available on request.

Building Schedule
12 buildings
1st phase - completion within 1 year
2nd phase – completion within 2.5 year

Internally, pipe in pipe to give 100% security against leaks and makes for easy repairs.
