I have been asked to sell a THREE bed second floor apartment in DP1 for an amazingly low price of only £44,000.

It will cost £150.00 to reassign the contract, as this is now completed it needs to be sold quickly, 60% LTV mortgages available (STC). Contact ASAP for more information.
