Sara's Residence is a brilliant project for anyone planning to live there; the apartments are huge, the ceilings are high and the finishing is absolutely excellent. All of the windows are smoked glass which gives it a real look of quality.

The problem is that even with a low price per m2 the size makes it an expensive option when compared to other nearby projects.

They will all be sold in time and the people who buy them will have a Rolls Royce apartment and be very happy they did.

What are the potential for renting once it has been completed? What are the likely rent expected per annum and is there demand for renting properties in Hurghada etc?

I wonder if you could help?
I have recently started looking at property in Hurgardha and have had agents ringing me up and getting a bit 'swamped'.
I am looking for a 2 bed apartment near sea with pool and have been told of availability of Saras Residence but have had conflicting info re price/size of rooms and additional costs attached to sale (legal/maintanance/disbursments and furniture) and have seen no pictures.
Can you provide anymore detailed info re this development and also any info re the build spec as have read info re a lot of Egyption buildings not structuraly sound (earthquakes)
Any help at all would be really appreciated.

I think monthly rent in a project like Sara will be starting from 600 Euro per month and how many month you can rent it depends, but around 7-8 months a year minimum I think
