Thumbs up Pics of New Tourist area - Arabia district Hurghada - Near Red Sea Residencia

Hi

I've noted that "guests" often have no idea about Hurghada so here are a few pics of the Arabia district - in the northern part of Hurghada - only 10 mins from the airport, close to the International Ferry Port, and the new marina.

This is a new tourist area - well a big building site at the moment, that will be substantially ready within about 6 months time.

It will have one of the best sea front proms in Hurghada overlooking the large Public beach area, with lots of facilities.

Exclamation Infrastructure

Hi

There is a plan that shows the roads, plots and schools etc. What were you wanting to see. Like all building sites it will be at least another 6 months before there is any real shape to this area apart from the sea front where my apartments will be, which already has a fully serviced road with hotels, shops, and the public beach.

That is why all of this area is selling "off-plan" with dates for completion ranging from Summer 2008 to summer 2009 - my apartments will be ready Dec 2008.

Most of the development is back from the main road but many of the bigger units front onto the existing road which will get completed first I think.

what dave2u is saying is yes its the tourists who pay the highest rent and its the tourists who have to fill the thousands of beds that will come on line in the next few years. so what was said was we have to wait and see what investors get on rental returns no one knows yet its a new market and in the uk they are being marketed with rental figures no one knows if they can be achieved ie dessert pearl 1 bedroom £110 per week long term to £150 per week you only pay £50 per week what the tourist will pay as i said we will have to wait and see?
