the rest of it looks alright though, im just surprised they make the studios so small.

besides i have just spent 13 deposit on another so i have no money left

i contacted regency in birmingham thursday and friday offering my money on a plate to them ..but they were having none of it..

i asked to put money down on a 92sqm aptment but they were not willing to compromise so i gave my money to someone else instead... lol

with so many to chose from ., its also a buyers market aswell as a sellers market..
