Hi Shams

We're still working on the marketing package so not able to say too much more in case things get changed before official launch.

Work on the site is already part complete.

Prospects are very good for early buyers since it is likely to be a multi-phase project with price increasing quickly during the built process like most other new developments.

If you are interested, send me a PM and I'll put you on the list for more info as soon as we know. Those on the list will get a few days early warning before public price announcement.

Prices not available yet I'm afraid - but will be in the "premium sector" since there will be lots of facilities and private beach.
