as i said in my last post i saw my dream home Ocean blue but am unable to find the agent..... have had PM from a gentelman woh said he met the developer and saw the proerty, am still not sure about the developer as reading through this fourm there are comments that the developer has sold to Sir Richard Branston and baby spice???? get real would he............. what am i to believe

I think this is one that will need more research. As someone pointed out - (Danny probably ) how likely is it that Richard Branson is looking to buy a 2 bed apartment in Sahl!! Business must be pretty bad for him - from a whole island in the Caribbean to a flat in Egypt

I have suspected from early today that this could be a wind up due to similar grammatical errors in the postings to another forum member who was very active on another thread yesterday and seems to be obsessed and star-struck with Sir Richard Branson, Emma Bunton, Craig David et al.

I know the facts and have invited suzie 1958 to contact me several times, but to no avail. That is their choice, but if they are serious about wanting more information regarding the developer, my invitation would have been taken up.

Also, I will not provide the developers contact details on this forum, but will on a private message if I think the person is genuine.

Sir Richard Branson & Craig David do not own apartments at Ocean Blue. They allegedly have residences being constructed in the local area.

The developer of Ocean Blue has not sold out to Sir Richard or anybody else for that matter.

I stayed with the developer last week in Hurghada and my wife and I purchased a 2 bed apartment in the building called Nancy at Ocean Blue.

The developer does not advertise - he prefers to sell by word of mouth and recommendations, and as I have mentioned in previous postings - he sells directly to clients. I should know - I am a client.

I hope this goes some way to clearing up any confusion and would hope that any star-struck indiviuals would stop wasting everyones time with visions of Sir Richard B dropping by for a coffee. If it is true and people like that are neighbours; the only advantage is that it would probably enhance the value of my property and that is all!!

Good post Keith. Seems people are far too celebrity obsessed - or at least those trying to sell the developments think we are! I hope that Suzie gets in touch with you.

i will be contacting cuerdley1989 by PM when i find how to do it.
i agree it is unlikely that Branson will buy in sahl hasheese im try to ensure the developer is above board, other ouotes refer to branson buying a villa from ocean blues developer which stands directly infront of ocean blue (not a 2 bed apartment)
