For those of us who have invested in projects on the promise of huge gains as the properties increase in a rising market, I am sure that like me, many of you will have been disappointed to find that the Agent or Developer who sold you the property has now lost interest in you and you have been left to find a buyer yourself! The Developers we are working with in Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada take an entirely different view; as we were in at the very beginning and snapped up some of the best seafront units these are now very much in demand and two of our group have been approached by the Developer this week to flip their properties showing an 80% capital appreciation in just 10 months! In fact the first phase opens at Easter with the Kempinski Hotel & The Pyramisa opening their doors.....

The marina development is known as Serrenia and has been designed by Sir Norman Foster. This will be the most expensive marina in Europe or the Middle East and includes a seven star hotel which looks like an enormous sea cucumber. There will be a number of palaces, each one 3750m2 built area and all sold at 28 million euros each!
