We have just heard of a new boutique development of just 40 apartments to be built in the Villa area of Sahl Hasheesh.

This will consist of four buildings, each containing 10 apartments and penthouses on just three floors. The first two buildings will be on the links golf course to the North of the Pyramisa Hotel and will have the most amazing views directly over the 13th hole to the sea; it will have a private trail leading to an exclusive area of the beach which is very private. In this area you have direct access to one of the most impressive reefs on this part of the coast. Each building will have its own pool and tropical gardens.

Prices are expected to be around 1350€ per m2.

If you have no intention of using the unit yourself then who cares which is best. The only real issue is which site has the best marketing machine to convince OTHER buyers that one is better than the other and will therefore potentially convince a future buyer to buy your unit as a re-sale instead of another.
If you are looking to "flip" (sell before completion) then this will depend entirely on the arrangement with the developer since some will assist this others will be your competion (still selling new units).

Given the scale of both of these sites the potential for re-sales is very low since the developers will have new units for sale for the next 10 years, and then there will be even more big developments for new buyers to consider.

After visiting Sahl Hasheese in Sept i came across two bocks of apartments in the villa area these i was told are called Ocean Blue, very interested but do not know who the agent is can anyone help.
