Latest news that I have heard on the development is that they are looking for completion next spring some time.

There's certainly no way that they are going to get it all finished by the end of this year and threy have known this for a while.

When I added it to our site at the start of the yer, it was with a completion date of sping 2009 then.

It should be worth waiting for though.

I haven't got any official information about delay but from pictures it's clear whole complex wont be finished by the end of the year. maybe they can finish some of apartments, specially those where buyers have late delivery penalty clause anyway as it looks from pictures and nick's words it'll be very nice development and I'm seriously thinking to swap some apartment with suleder if it'll be possible.

I should be going inside there again over the next few days. Some of the apartments inside must be very close to finishing now.

I will take some photos and post them here when I have them.

Latest information is that there will be a delay of about 3 months. Who will insist in finishing in December will have apartment finished in December so there won't be any late delivery penalties. Whole complex is planned for March. By my opinion it's better to wait till March and let developer finish everything as it should be and not hurry.

It is a great spot. Not much movement though - I am passing here every day from work...
Pity that developer added one more building adition which will probably close out the sea view from the back apartments.

Somebody will eventually buy the 200.000 m2 land beside it in front of public beach so we are all looking forward to maybe some great future development here.

Anyone know what's happening with Hurghada Dreams, it's been quit lately. There have been no changes about completition date which was set to the end of March which is in two months. Anybody passing there, could you please tell us if anything is happening. Some pictures would be even better

There is little movement.. Partly painted from outside, some windows installed, i do not think any finishing inside though. Will try to make photos later

Then it's almost impossible to finish whole complex by the end of the March?!

I dont think it is possible with the pace they are working But still 2 months left.
