For all those that have purchased on Hurghada Dreams and those who are generally interested...here are some new construction pictures I took at the end of 2007!!

Hi George, thanks for pics, it really seems to be coming along but as i have put a reserve on a front A apartment can you say when construction of this part will start, looking at the pics the front two blocks seem missing. Kind regards

Hi Trev.

A block will start very soon in fact it may have been started by the time you get out to Egypt. Both A and D blocks will start at the same time!!

Thanks for that George, we are looking forward to it. From the plans given i believe i have put a deposit on an apartment that cant see the Beirut hotel. Do you know if the military are planning to sell the land next to it for development? Or are there any other plans for development in the area as there seems little activity there unusual for Hurghada?

I heard it had been sold. Problem is its a very large plot...huge in fact so needs someone very "heavy" to invest in it!

Your very lucky because your apartment is on the 4th floor and has sea views right over Beirut Hotel (in fact from the 3rd floor you can see over beirut!)

does anyone know whom the land next to hurghada dreams was sold to? if you do, do you know what plans they have for it?

Hi, all i have pm George and he is kindly looking into it for me but i have a massive concern, i am aware the land next to Hurghada dreams has been sold but i have now been informed the beach infront has also been sold and villas are planned to be built there. This was told to me by an agent trying to sell me another development so i will take it under advisement but is anyone else aware of any such plans or this beach being sold? Please let me know if you do. Kind regards
