Default What to get out of the guides

Dave,

currency company is the inventor of this guides,
the guides are independent they are only advising you to use the currency company to save money.

the rest of the information is completely independent. You don't need to trade or use the currency company, but the intention of these guides was to educate people on the currency exchange to save money and to have a good strategies.

If you have read a Guardian last weekend Smart Currency exchange offered the best rate because we are not charging commission or fees for trading or opening account etc.

I am not here to sell Smart, I am on the forums to educate myself as well as when able answer the threads with something reasonable.

All our guides will have currency company promoted as it is the same company as overseas guides company

All guides like this have to make money for someone or they would never get written. It is up to the individual buyer or investor to take a view on what is published and if they are unsure of something by all means ask other members of the forum for their comments/opinions. It is not up to Moderators to read and 'approve' or 'disapprove' albeit it is open to us all to express an opinion.

Wink Thank you

Peter,

thank you very much, I tried really hard to prove my point, however I get him to look at it.

First of all, I am not promoting anything, and we are not charging for overseas buying guide, we are charging for Greek buying guide and for Cyprus buying guide, cause they cost us but it is minimum charge and we actually charge for hard copy as it needs to be printed and posted.

However we have a lot of people who are interested and people who are willing to educate themselves and can't be bothered to research the internet are downloading the guides and are happy to pay for guide to be posted to them.

No adverts - pure education.

This is an example of advice that you can find on this forum.

Wherever you consider buying, do your homework.
Its always good to start with the difficult questions to the agent, and make sure you get a direct contact with the owner as well, since your contract will NOT be with the agent.
1. get proof of ownership before paying any deposit
- if any stalling by the agent or owner, or a direct not available
- WALK AWAY
2. do not be "encouraged" into making a quick decision by a "price increase"
3. check out lots of other properties - there a good choice
4. compare like with like - make a list of everything that's included / excluded
5. try lots of forums like this one for real info, not agent views that are disguised (I'm a developer & an agent)
6. be very wary of rental schemes that promise too much
7. if you're considering spending more than £20K make sure that you can cancel at no cost within 8 weeks of signing to give you chance to fly out and have a look for yourself.
8. make sure that the facilities you "need" are guarenteed, not just "likley"
9. ask who is buying these apartments - Germans, Brits, Egyptians, Russians etc
- if you are staying here yourself, or renting to other Brits this could be a big concern
10. as a general rule "buyer beware" times 10 in Egypt
