Thanks for your interest in Property Watch.
Yes i have had a good response from the forum and have many requests for my services.There are many people in the UK who have bought here in Hurghada and are now reassured that they are given updates and photos on a weekly basis.
I know first hand how frustrating it can be not being given information when you want.When you wait ages to get a response to your emails because you may be one of many who have purchased on a particular developement and due to how busy they are they are slow in responding.
Because i am not into real estate i can give my clients an unbiased report on their own developement.I can check at the appropiate time the quality of finishing in my clients apartment and liase with the developer to correct any mistakes.
I have received PM'S from developers who welcome Property Watch and are more than happy to let me inspect their developements for my clients.

Well redsea I see you have added some more pictures to the forum of various developments as well as some of a beach. Your information and updates are invaluable to the members here, Keep up the good work im sure you will be kept busy by the members all wanting updates...

I agree with you in the lack of information.

I purchased an apartment at the Manta Resort in Hurghada and so far I haven't had any news. I just got the first pictures when they were starting but nothing ever since....

Has someone here bought there too? Does someone have more information about the Manta development?

That is one of the reasons we set up property watch. Because we are here in Hurghada on the ground and are familiar with most developments we can vist and keep you updated regularly with information and photos. I know from the PM's ive had it will ease some of the anxiety.

Now another business idea has come from the various postings ....keeping the people back in the UK up to date with their developement by taking photos and emailing them also keeping an eye on their finishing.

I dont know how other developers or real estate agents feel about this idea but i think it is an excellant idea i have many clients that i am in regular contact with photos etc.. but as time goes by it gets increasingly difficult to keep everyone informed so for me this would be a great help i have met with property watch and they were impartial and very proffessional asking lots of very good releveant questions i would expext clients to ask so for any one who has already bought here and wants to know that all is going well this is an invaluable service i would recommended it to all of my clients in fact to anyone who has bought here in hurghhada
