I agree totally with Alison here. We have bought in Hurghada having never been there and Property Watch has proved invaluable to us! In depth information and lots of photos have helped me visualise the development we have purchased on and the entire surrounding areas PLUS as they are actually based in Hurghada the information is totally up to date! I am sure that developers and purchasers alike can make good use of the Property Watch service and I also would not hesitate to recommend them anyone!

I think another Idea would be to use property watch before you actually decide to buy in the hurghada area.
They could provide you with some invaluable advice on area and prices before you part with your hard earned money.

Hi it is interesting, as in Dubai, UAE, some of the major problems are not completion on time, in some cases poor finishing of buildings etc, little recourse for buyers, it seems to be the same situation in Egypt, i am sure on some things it will be fine, but the same things are coming up.
Also redsea furniture are you independent as you wish for all the red sea furniture business rather than selling houses?

I dont sell property i am not a developer or a realestate agent. I am an independent having no ties with any company here or in the Uk. My inital business here was furniture because i found many people who buy property here cannot source furniture.
Since dealing with purchasers of property here i also find they wish to be kept upto date with their developments as most buyers live back in the UK. I dont see where you get the idea i am selling houses.
