Hello W.A
Propertywatch1 is coming along nicely especially since we have included Sahl Hasheesh. It is still warm here as you would expect in the mid to high 70's but has been overcast for the last couple of days.

The sand storms you mentioned is called the khamaseen its the hot dust-laden wind that blows from the south each spring between march and may. It resembles a raging sand storm. It takes its name from the No 50 ( Khamaseen ) because it usually occurs over a 50 day period not every day but could occur any time during this period.

We have only seen one day where it was impossible to see your hand in front of your face it lasted for a couple of hours. But i would rather have the sand than the rain and snow anyday.

Hi Derek

Happy New Year to you! I am sure that you are glad to be back in the warm. I arrive in Hurghada on the 25th Jan and it would be great to meet up whilst I am there. I am staying at the Hor Palace down on Village Road so perhaps we could meet for a drink on the 26th or 27th?
