Which entity is the best to buy Egypt property (protection and tax consequneces)?

Good day All,

I would like to know if anybody can help me in which entity it is the best buy Egypt property.

I am from South Africa and would like to know if I can buy and register Egypt property in my offshore trust or offshore company?

Will it also be possible to buy property in an Egypt company or trust OR a South African company or trust?

What entity will have the most protection and tax benefits to me (eg income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax (death taxes) etc.

Hi I think this kind of information would probably be best received from either an Egyptian lawyer or Accountant.
However there may be a few developers from different countries that may be able to assit you.

There is currently no capital gains tax or inheritance tax for individual foreign investors buying property in Egypt nor any reason why you should not purchase in the name of an offshore trust or trust company. Which is best for you would depend on your personal circumstances and it would be worth seeking legal advice on this.
