Manta apartments

Some months ago I posted a message asking about the Manta apartments but I was not very succesful in getting replies.

I bought an apartment there 6 months ago but haven't had much feedback on its development or how it looks right now?

Has someone else bought there? Has someone seen the works lately?

Manta 1 and 2 is being built on the coast road between Hurghada and El Gouna and has not started construction yet i have a villa up on that road so i am aware of the Manta site.
Did you know that Manta have just bought land opposite the old vic beach in the last few months. This project is called The Royal Manta and i know that construction here has already started.
I dont know what impact this will have on the start date for a Manta 1 and 2 but one thing is for sure looks like Royal Manta will be finished first.
