Can somebody just confirm to me something. Will anybody be allowed into Sahl Hasheesh or is it going to be only those who have purchased an apartment in that area ?

Hi Mark Sahl hasheesh will be a resort area with shops, restaurants bars, hotels, golf clubs, dive schools and public beach areas. They will wish to generate as much trade as possible in these areas. It is only the private beaches which will be closed to the public unless hotels or residentials make private arrangements with nearby complexes.

That's actually quite interesting as, on first thoughts, to me it makes the Intercontinental area quite attractive. Places there are very close to the Southern end of the tourist esplanade and, I would guess, a fairly cheap taxi ride to Sahl Hasheesh.
