Hi Kazzer,

Did you get sorted with flights and accommodation? Cheap flights & hotels | car hire | package holidays - TravelSupermarket UK are quite good for the flights, depending on how flexible you are with your airport (doesn't matter to us as we always have the connecting flight and Cheap Hotels - All Discount Hotels & Last Minute Hotel Deals are excellent for hotels. I have used them a few times and they always come out cheaper. If you really are looking for cheap and cheerfull I can recommend Hor Palace. Its about £90 for a week for two people HB, don't bother with the all inclusive as its crap.

Hi Lyndsay552

Thanks for your reply got it sorted it was a nightmare couldn't get the 7 March had to change to the 11th ...just couldnt get flights...stayed on the internet till 00:30 ...got totaly fed up and left it until this morning, had to accept defeat in the end and change the date ...i dont mind changing airports but all the cheap flights seem to go from Hethrow or Gatwick..both are about 200 miles away, i have thought about connecting flights but...not sure how reliable they are and hopefully, this will be the last time i have to go through this. I can book months in advance once my apartment is furnished....do you know anything about the way the visa works..so you dont have to pay each time you go in and out the country.

We haven't bought in British Resort but we are beside you in Regency Towers. We where there at the end of January and the whole place is looking great. The promanade is something you would see in Salou in spain and not something I expected to see in Egypt

Hope it all goes well

Hi all,I'm the other half of Alex and Julie.Apt 334.
Regarding visas....Have just been on the Egyptian Embassy,London web site.Looks like a multi-visit visa is £18 pp pa.You can get an application on-line.Otherwise you can get a single for £15!You will pay that or less if you just get it on arrival it Hurghada airport. We were there in November and it was all looking good. They had half tiled the pools[which I see from recent photos has been completed]and had lovely lamps outside.

Hi,The other half of Alex and Julie here.Apt 334.
You can apply on-line to the Egyptian Embassy in London for a multi-trip visa for £18 or £15 for a single, which is what you will pay if you get it on arrival at Hurghada airport anyway![the single I mean]Visited B.R in November and was looking good. The pools were half tiled[finished now]and details were very good, like the English style lamps outside. We bought a furniture pack via Red Sea 4ever and are just trusting it will all be ready for our next visit. We are going out again on 9th May.And yeah I know,Everyone else Will be there for the two weeks previous to that!
p.s Don't know anything about getting visas whilst out there.Sorry*
