Hi Kazzer & Jules
I have also tried to get hold of Medhat to see where things are up to and got the email back to say he was away on vacation - i know a few people who are currently over and staying at british resort and they have confirmed he is nowhere to be seen! I believe Waleed is filling in!
We were hoping to go in may to get our furniture etc (as we didnt purchase the furnitre pack just the kitchen) but work has taken over and it looks like we will be looking at late June/early July now although i might go for a week on my own without hubby before then to try and get some things sorted before then... again it depends on work!
The recent pics of the british resort look really good and it seems to be coming along really well - Nuttybird is there at the moment so I bet she will have some good pics and info when she comes back!!!

Hi Sue,
Now seems clear that Medat is unavailable till 28th due to vacation.[Piecing bits of info together here!]As we seem to get no response to e.mails I will ring him on his mobile on 29th.At least that gives them 10days to sort out furniture.If not I may just take tool kit and do it myself.....quite good at flat-pack stuff.Plus,its already there in apartment.I think!!!Just been reading back through your posts and seems you had a bit of a nightmare with your previous prospective purchase.Not good at all.But glad you've chosen to join us here at B.R.Will look forward to meeting everyone sometime.We should all pick a date for next year!

Yeah,got furniture pack off Medhat.Chose all our stuff when we were there in November.We were promised it would all be ready for May,but would be nice to get definite confirmation from someone!Starting to get a bit stressed now...
Been out all day so not had a chance to ring him.Was kinda hoping would have an email waiting for me when I got back,but no such luck. :-(
Guess it'll have to be a phone call in the morning.But who do I ring....Medhat,Waleed,Ayman or the office??

I Know - it is quite stressful, I'm exactly the same as you - although ours should be an easy job to finish as all i have ordered from Medhat is the sofa and 2 chairs, the kitchen and a bath for the bathroom..... I didnt get chance to ring yesterday either - I want to book flights to go over in the next month or so but dont want to get there and have no kitchen /bathroom!!!!!!!
Let me know if you manage to get hold of anyone!
I think Iv got Medhats number somewhere if you want it?

Just to let you all know, one of the first owners there, Danny from Manchester, is giving the developers a helping hand with their admin as he realizes that they are a lot better at building than they are with the office work!

I think he just left for the UK today but will be back on 9 May.
