I have got 60 KGS of extra baggage (so 100kg all together with our allowance!) and its cost an extra £300 which isnt too bad! To give you an idea I have managed to cram into that all kitchen stuff, 3 tvs/dvds - 26", 19" and 15", playstation + games, bedding, duvets, mattress protectors, bathroom bits and bobs, iron..... and an unexplainable amount of other bits and bobs! We are taking hardly any clothes - I dont know how I am going to cope - you always take too many clothes but n o doubt this time i wont have enough!!!!
Am excited now and cant wait to get the place sorted!
Is anyone else at British between 10th-17th?
How exiting for you Sue. I'm not with British, (DP1) but the excess baggage info is really usuful. What did you pack it all in? Will you keep us informed re night club pls, as I believe you are very close also.

Hi lovesquadsue they do actually sell large screen tvs in Egypt and the prices are not much different to over here you can get a 50'' Sanyo LCD tv with full home thearter surround sound for £1600 english pounds which is roughly what you would pay over here they also do all other sizes so i would not have gone to all that trouble of buying them over here and running the risk of them being broken in transit.

Hi All. I bought a PoolView 2 Bedroom 6 months ago trough Charlie at Curchills.
My Partner and I are now expecting twins and would like to sell.
If anyone is interested or knows anyone interested let me know.
They sell for 42700 according to Website and i would accept 39700, a good reduction for anyone. PS regardless the development looks superb, all enjoy.

I think that if you look at your contract it states that you will have to offer the sale of your apartment back to the developer before you can put it on the open market and that there will be a 10% charge for change of paperwork.

Danny

Does that not just apply to flipping before full purchase.
I have paid for appartment in full.
And 10% of what - purchase price/selling price/profit.
